Delivery

Delivery is by post for free

Painting and limited prints are carefully packed in penoplex sheets. Cards are sent in special envelopes.
Natallia will send you the track code in the mail immediately after sending the parcel.
You can request a refund for the money or send another product of similar value if it is lost during shipment, provided that you have correctly written the delivery address.
Natalia is interested in maintaining a good reputation and tries to solve all the problems that arise.

Painting are sent without framing.
The colors on the monitor may differ from the original.
